  Staff was really helpful, friendly and courteous. We booked a room and asked for a room with a view of the lake. Turns out that the room with a lakeview is a higher price but since it was open anyway they gave us the room at the lower price. Also, guests get two free drinks at the bar - it's only worth a few euro - but it shows that they appreciat... what people say » e their guests and it makes you feel good. Room had an unbelievable view of the lake! We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone. - Location...right on the lake...with beach...close to town as well...they upgraded us to a water view because I had asked in advance...it was perfect and I would have hated being without the view...

  Friendly helpful multilingual staff in this family run hotel, they could not do enough for you. It was our 30th anniversary, I had asked to suprise my wife with a cake and champagne on the day and they could not be more attentive to detail that night fantastic place. When it came to paying the bill the owner gave us the champagne on the house "hey ... what people say » don't expect the same" we are very special people. - Close to the Town Centre and helpful staff.

  The person who attended us was very friendly and polite; the swimming pool was great; it's nice to carry the breakfast to your room. Decoration is very nice. - A relaxed friendly atmosphere where the staff always served you with a smile!
