Great views and quiet - The personnell was great and helpful, the location perfect, wiews wonderful, they have a barbacue in the garden that we used and tables so we could eat in the garden and enjoy the wonderful wiew.

Just had a 3 night stay at the Venere and dont think there is a better value or located hotel in Lerici. The staff were great and really helpful, sorting out parking for us and helped us to make dinner bookings etc. The rooms are quite simple with only small bathrooms, breakfast nothing to write home about, but the location could not be better. Nice view over the bay. Easy walking distance to the centre of Lerici. A fish restaurant very close to the castle has a fish menu on offer for Eur37.50 (so much fish, don't eat to much bread!)

The breakfast was excellent and worth the 8 euro. The appartment was very clean. The shuttle service was helpful considering we travelled without a vehicle. The staff assured we had a pleasant stay and were helpful with coordinating plans. Great location with a lovely beach minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast from 8-11am and a free shuttle to Lerici until 11pm. Great value in an expensive area and lovely clean rooms. Amazing place!!

We stayed in Stella Marina for a week and during our stay it felt like we are a part of Italian family. The owner of the hotel takes care about the guests himself with support from his family. Every morning he makes wonderful coffee during breakfast. He also gives advice about good restaurants in St.Terenzo and Lerici and places of interest around... what people say » . The hotel is situated near bus station if you come by bus from Spezia, there is a supermarket nearby and sea is in 200 m! The room was always neatly - Breakfast staff especially Bruno, was extremely friendly and helpful. Plain but fresh; even cappucinos. First scruffy image changed to joy. Good parking on site. 5 min walk from the small, beautiful bay. Next to poet Shelley's House is a jewel: Pizzeria Restaurante. Try their Prosquito & Melon Aperitif-enough for 2! ATM in beach road.
