  We stayed at Fabbrica for 6 nights. It was a wonderful experience. We stayed in the ground floor apartment. It is comfortable, well equipped and quite large. The proprietors, Giovanna and Giuseppe are very pleasant and helpful people. We had planned to use this as a home base for trips to Florence, Pisa, and other spots in Tuscany.   This is a small apartment block with 10 apartments. It has a small pooland area for relaxing beside the pool. The apartment itself wasexcellent for me and my wife and son. It was a good size, thecleanliness was excellent and was very modern. Staff were very helpful. - Good size room with full kitchen and living room area. Nice pool.
