  We had a fantastic stay at Villa Cheli! Our room had direct access to the front balcony and for two days we felt we had our own private Villa in Italy! In addition to the kind staff, and nice accommodations, we had one of the best dinners of our trip through Italy at Villa Cheli! The location is beautiful, the restaurant food is excellent, and the service is outstanding! We had a minor problem in our bathroom and brought it to the staff's attention in the morning as we were leaving for our day's outing. When we returned everything was taken care of. Absolutely great service and value for your money.

  The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They allowed use to keep our room as we had a late flight and also provided us with a free calendar and ceramic plaque of Lucca. - The staff are always extra friendly, and give me a warm welcome.   The staff were extremely helpful. The location was excellent. We had a 6 year old with us and the walk into Lucca city walls was managable. The bike hire arrangement was great and very resonably priced. The swimming pool was lovely.
