Very nice and cosy apartment with everything you need (kitchen equipment, wifi, hair dryer, washing mashine, etc.). Communication was also very good. The location is just perfect: quiet but very close to major attractions like vatican and the very cool neighborhood of Trastevere with loads of nice restaurants, bars and shops. Would definitely recommend this place.

We were fully satisfied with the appartment, as everythig is pretty much the same as in description and comments. Great location - Trastevere is probably the cosiest part of Rome for an evening walk and dinner. And it is also close to most of the major sightseeing points. A very personal hotel with "family feeling". Excellent location; perfect to be able to walk to all sights in the day and then just cross the bridge to have dinner in Trastevere in the evening. Very friendly people that were both very welcoming, helpful and keen to make sure we had a nice stay. The location was excellent, we could more or less walk to all sites in
rome, just make sure you have a good map as some of the routes are
quite difficult to follow. The appartment itself was clean and had all
necessary facilities, so we were very pleased! Also a quick tip, if
you plan to visit the Vatican and Coloseum it is well worth gettig up
early to get there for the opening times as the ques for later on can
be very long.
