The location is great. It's close to alot of sights, but the street is quiet. We got a junior suite, and we were very pleased with the size of the room. The bed was huge as well. It was also nice to have a bathtub. The breakfast buffet was very impressive, and the cocktail hour on Friday was very nice. The staff was accommodating and professional.

  The location was perfect and close to everything - 5 mins to metro stop, park around the corner, Spanish Steps 5 mins away. Very quiet location and no street noise (we had an inner courtyard room). Hotel staff was extremely nice and provided great recommendations for dinners in the neighbourhood. They even made breakfast bags when we checked out... what people say » at 4:30! - Staff was very helpful with reservations and accomodations. Room was a good size for a european hotel. Plenty of room for my family of four. Room was nicely decorated with a large bathroom. Quiet location. Breakfast was typical european breakfast--pastries, cereal, hams, cheeses, yogurt,,,etc. Great location.

  We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation at the Borgese gallery.   The moment we arrived, we realised that we had forgotten my backpack in the taxi and our taxi driver had already taken off. My passport was in the backpack and so was my credit card. The guy at the counter was so nice that he did everything to accommodate us. He called all the taxi stations and really got involved to help us find my back pack agai... what people say » n. He checked us in, gave us a room based on his trust and empathy. Amazing staff! Luckily the taxi driver drove back and handed back the forgotten ba - Location, location, location! The hotel was in an excellent location and that made all the difference in the world! The room was decent sized and clean and free breakfast and wifi topped it off. Staff very friendly and helpful - thus was the first trip that I accepted every restaurant recommendation from a hotel and I was not disappointed!
