  The staff (luciano) was very helpful, from the time we arrived he explained us on the map where we are and how we can get to most important places with public transportation. Also he print for us the vatican city voucher because we forgot it free of charge. The room was very clean and exactly as presented in the photos. It's very near to 2 metro s... what people say » tations (5 minutes walking), with the metro you can go to piazza di spagna and vatican city and on foot (15 minutes) you can go to Colosseum. Also the - It has been renewed, I like everything. For sure the next time I will go to Rome I will give a try. San Giovanni in Laterano is just crossing the street, the Colosseum ~15 mins walking, Santa Maria Maggiore ~10mins walking... the perfect place to be in Rome and visit the most important points of interest without the need of taking public transportation. To go to the catacombs just take the bus almost in front of the B&B.

  We had a lovely stay at the Room 4 Rome apartments. We had room 2 which over looked the Court Yard. The room was very clean and staff very friendly. It was amazingly close to the Vatican and a metro station was just around the corner. Our shower was fantastic just right after a long day exploring the city. We had a Italian style breakfast which... what people say » was enough to get us going. It is not your full english breakfast but we didnt go to Rome to get that. We had no problem with the Wi Fi. Taxis are ju - Very friendly staff. The lady that was to come and serve the continental breakfast did not show up and the land lord called to tell us he would take care of our personal expense for food. That was going above and beyond.

They are charming, friendly, helpful hosts who gave us a wealth of information about Rome. But the best of the place is the owner - Margherita, our lovely host. Very helpful, open-minded, speaking fluently english, french, explaining us everything we need to know: buses, where is the supermarket, where to go to eat, etc. We have felt like visiting an old, good friend in Rome :)

  The place is actually an apartment turned into a nice Bed & Breakfast. It is located on the last floor of the 7 story building right next to Vatican wall and 5min from St Peter’s, very central!
