I have stayed at this hotel for 5 nights.
Usually when I travel with groups or
solo, the hotels are 4 stars but when I have chosen this hotel I was totally right that the hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet as 2 * hotel is worth €10 as in 4 * hotel. The best thing is 2 minutes distance from Piazza Navona

The location was perfect, near the piazza Navona and at walking distance from all the major sights in Rome, such as Vatican city and the Trevi fountain.
The hotel staff was really friendly, I even got a little piece of chocolate on my pillow :) the breakfast was really simple but great, not overdone but just some cereals, breadrolls, cornettos, and various kinds of spreads.

Great location, quiet building despite location right on Piazza Navona. Rooms were adequate size & bathrooms were modern. Breakfast, while not gourmet was adequate way to start the day. This is a residential/ business building where 1 floor has been converted into hotel rooms. There is no staff on duty or a front desk. The check in/breakfast people were helpful, but only there at limited times.

Anna, our hostess, was fantastico! Her personal attention to our minor
needs was excelling! For example, she prepared breakfast one morning
earlier than the scheduled breakfast period to allow us to get an early
start with that day's activity.
Anna sang to my wife's piano accompaniment; Anna tutored me with my fledgling Italian conversation; Anna gave superb directions involving bus transportation. This hostess became our friend too.

The staff were accommodating and discreet; the hotel was beautifully decorated - all the historical were fully preserved but with a modern finish; having a key gave me total liberty to come and go as I pleased, and for €50 their taxi service to the airport was excellent value. I liked to be so close to the station.Handy, as I came late in the evening,so place walking distance from station great!! Also access to tube and general transport excellent. The situation of the hotel is quite convenient - you can go by feet to every tourist sight (for example, it takes about 30 minutes to get to the Vatican city).
The hostess was very friendly, she tried to help us with everything.
The room was clear and comfortable. We're looking farward to come back there.

We took a taxi from Termini station direct to the hotel. Easy to find, apart from we were not aware that the reception is on the 4th floor. The hotel has a Baroque inspired interior and as such is decadent and over the top, but beautiful.The hotel is new and still had evidence of building work, but it was August and the builders were on holiday so no big deal.
