Everything was perfect.
Stefano was waiting for us at the corner of the street although we arrived a bit late. He gave us some directions and advices to visit the city.

Another point is that the hotel is perfectly located in Roma : 5 minutes walk from Vatican or plaza -
Stefano was wonderful. Answered all our questions and printed our train tickets. Breakfast in the room at any hour..pastries, meats and cheeses.... He even walked us to the bus stop so we would know where we were going. Called the cab and helped with the luggage. The quaint old elevator was a great experience. Location was the best to all activities. Very clean and safe!

Ercole was an excellent host. He greated us and helped carry our bags up to the 4th floor where our room was. The Bluehostel has 3 rooms on the 4th floor and the others are on the 3rd floor. The rooms are clean, decorated beautifully and very comfortable. We were met by Ricardo who helped us with our luggage and also made sure we were settled in. Also provided us with a map of what to see in Rome, where to eat, drink, shop etc. Everything is thought of to make your stay as pleasant as possible and have to say Ercole and Ricardo were both so helpful with any questions. We would stay there again.

The staff were extremely nice, helpful and spoke very good english. They marked out on a map most of the sights in the city and how to get to them easily. I stayed in the hostel for 7 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, any question you do they always answer with a smile. People who go to this hostel is fun and young people. The place is close to everything. I 100% recommend this hostel if you want to spend an unforgettable time in Rome.

We stayed on 6-bed room and there was a lot of space for everybody. Tables, chairs, closets that was possible to lock (bring your own lock). There were 3 showers and 3 toilets for ladies on the floor for 4 bedrooms, so they were never crowded. I did not see showers or toilets for men as it was a separate room ;-).
