  I very much liked the simple, un-fussy atmosphere, like an old fashioned pensione; the situation was superb, with the Pantheon outside my window. But I thought it was too expensive for what it was - €170 a night is a lot for a very unpretentious place. - Fantastic room, not in the actual hotel. View of Panthenon, wow! Good security.

  I am very familiar with Rome and thought this to be an ideal location. Because the area near the Piazza di Spana is my favorite area I was please to find the hotel so near. The price was excellent for the room size. It was far larger than expected. I will use the hotel again and will reccomend it to others.   A good town house hotel in a great location. Ask for a suite overlooking the Pantheon so that you can saviour the atmosphere in the square particularly at night. All sights are walkable from this central location. A tip for - We stayed at the Pantheon Royal Suite this past February. It was very clean, and a great hotel for a family of 4. They provided us with plenty of towels daily and the mini bar items were free!! We found the room very spacious and had a beautiful view of the Pantheon piazza down below. The location is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere and took a cab only to the Vatican. Cabs are very convenient as they are always parked on the street of the piazza. As they say location is everything
