  Excellent location in Rome, new and very comfortable accomodation, very clean. It is not a hotel, so don't expect the typical hotel picture.It is a floor in a building with separate rooms. For example we took our breakfast at the near bar, 5m from the door of Maison Spagna, or we could have asked to take it at the room. So it is not typical hotel,... what people say » but is has hotel-like room service and unconventional the rest. The staff is really friendly. I really liked it. - everything was more than we expected. we booked a room for 4 persons but at our arrival the staff realized it is suitable only for 3 and immediately give as an additional room so we could stay there more comfortable in 2 rooms, very clean, in the middle of the city, free wifi etc.

  It is absolutely central, nice furniture in the rooms (minimum design), wonderful idea to have breakfast on the roof terrace. The breakfast was rich. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. It is located close to the Spanish steps which made it close to the shops bars and restaurants and an excellent base for all that Rome has to offer. Would We recommend this hotel? Absolutely. Would we stay there again? Most definitely.

  Zaiga and Stephanie took care of us with such a friendly customer service, personal touch and they are very helpful for first-time guests in Rome. They also showed us all available rooms upon request for our next visit. We stayed in I-room across from the reception. Great location, very comfortable bed, very relaxing, big jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was downstairs in the next door restaurant – lovely traditional Italian breakfast but there is a choice of British, American etc for extra 5Euros. We appreciated very much Zaiga, who was looking after us during our stay. She was extremely helpful with all our requests. We enjoyed our stay so next time in Rome - definitely iRooms.   Location was great, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early well before check in and they made sure our room was ready within an hour.   This is a lovely little B&B. The location is wonderful. You are a stones throw from the Pantheon and the Trevi fountain, its on a bustling lovely cobbled street with minimum noise as you are a couple of levels up. Everything is brand new and clean and decorated as you can see- with bright colours. Very comfortable, you are given your own keys ... what people say » to the front door so it feels more like an apartment than a B&B. The number 64 bus will take you from the bus station, and then its a short walk t - Excellent location at the Pantheon square. Walking distance to all of the attractions. Our host Michel was very friendly and helped us with everything. The B&B is brand new and has large rooms which is quite rare to find in Europe.

  It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was so good and plenty of eve... what people say » rything as well. The room had been refurbished 3-4 months ago and was so nice.that goes for the bathroom as well. - Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.
