The staff was very friendly and helpful - at the desk 24 hrs a day. The location was excellent. We walked everywhere and saw all of the main Florence sites. There were great restaurants and shopping nearby.

THe staff was so very friendly and helpful. The room was very simple but clean. The breakfast was adequate. Wish it had boiled eggs. I was going to stay one night and stayed THREE because my hotel was so pleasing and getting around FLorence was easy. -

We were very welcome by the whole staff, mainly by Gina, the owner. They were kind in managing to give us a calm room, exactly as we had asked in the site. Modern decoration, silent air-conditioning, comfortable bed, convinent location and delicious breakfast. During our stay, my boyfriend celebrated his b-day.
