  Its location was central to the train station, ideal for all site seeing. Hotel staff very helpful in obtaining any further info we required regarding train timetables, tour guides etc. Breakfast buffet was very lovely. - It was very comfortable and the staff all spoke english which was good as we do not speak Italian.   This hotel had a fabulous location right in the heart of Florence. The rooms were great, very clean and spacious, and ours even had a balcony which was great. Breakfast was also lovely. - it was easy to get from the train station and situated near everything. the people working there was very friendly.

  All of the above and the view from our suite - Our room was very spacious with views of the Arno and the bathroom was lovely with two sinks. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel.
