  Nazionale 51- Stayed in this lovely hotel for 5 nights in September 2013 with my mother. We were a bit confused at first when the taxi pulled up outside because it looked nothing like a hotel, just a big wooden door. The taxi man was very helpful and assured us that this was our hotel and showed us the hotel name (in very small writing) on the b... what people say » uzzer outside, a small plaque on the wall would be helpful. Our hotel was on the 4th floor consisting of 6 rooms, this floor had just been totally re - I felt completely at home and relaxed here. I booked in very last minute and got a great deal. I'm not sure what the full rate is so I can't speak for that, but for what I payed, wow! It is a historical building but newly renovated in a modern/spa like style. The original elevator still exists which I feel adds a lovely contrast to the modern B&B. It was spotless clean and perfectly located. The owner/host was incredibly hospitable and friendly.   It was very convenient Bed and Breakfast; 10 minutes walking distance from Roma Termini train station. Most of famous landmarks were walking distance as well. We only used Metro to go to the Vatican City. The room is adequate for two people and the bathroom is just fine. It has the best location, in the middle of the city, you have a walking distance to pretty much everything. The rooms are clean(and I´m pretty fussy with choosing hotels) and you have what you need in it.So it was a good surprise that it was so fresh. The personal is so helpful and sweet.   Even if the rooms in the "suite" section are small, they are SO nicely decorated and CLEAN. We had a little balcony :) - The staff was very friendly. . The location was excellent for walking to most of the main sites.
