  This is a top notch hotel. Very nice rooms with nice big bathrooms. We received a room upgrade so I can't speak on a standard room. Our suite with adjoining rooms was, however, excellent++. I thought the staff was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful.From the reservation day, they requested if they could be of any help for the transfer & proactively proposed restaurants and activities in Venice.
