We have really enjoyed our stay at Ca'Sant'Angelo. The location is perfect for starting by and coming back from a visiting day by feet, the vaporetto and the schuttle station to the airport are on the corner. The apartment was very clean, with a high ceiling, a view to the sant'angelo square which is very quiet at night. It was equiped with wasching machine, towels enougth, iron, etc.
The staff was absolutely available, flexible and very nice.

The fact that was a residence. How often can you stay in a Venetian home? Carpets were a bit rundown and the lighting could be perkier but overall the stay was fab. There is no staff to speak of but the one man who signed us in was very efficient. Like the passcode system to enter the residence any time of day or night. -

Location, location, location. You're literally minutes away from both the Rialto and Piazza San Marco. Yet, once you get inside the B&B, it feels more like home and the touristy/hectic buzz of the outside feels farther away. Service was excellent. If you can't be shown to your room yet (ie. you show up early) or you have a later flight to catch, they'll let you leave your bags with no hassle and will even serve you coffee in the common area.

We stayed in a 2/Bedroom 6 sleeper apartment which we found to be very spacious, well appointed and clean. The staff were very helpful. Being our first visit to Venice and having read that it was a little difficult to find (true as the venue is not well sign-posted), we called the duty manager from the nearest water taxi stop (S. Small hotel but beautifully presented. Our room had a real baroque feeling which delighted my 16 year old daughter. The location was outstanding. Our room overlooked a canal and watching the gondoliers passing was an added bonus. It is 5 minutes from st Marks Square so it was so easy to see the amazing sites there but was also very peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved sitting on the little boat landing with my book and drink after a day sightseeing.

We were givena junior suite which was a lovely surprise. The bathroom facilities were much better than in other Italian hotels I've stayed in. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was informal and relaxed which suited us. - The staff was really friendly and although the breakfast was small,there was a selection to choose from

the location was brilliant. got on the grand canel and the water taxi stopped right at the hotel front door. staff and room was all very nice. breakfast was the best we had during our two weeks in Italy.
