  Helpful staff;there was a mistake and we were taken to a room with two twin beds while we had asked for a double, and when we informed them at the reception they transferred us to another room immediately.   Hosts were so friendly and helpful with any questions. They offered very great service, and it almost felt like, that you were visiting home and friends. The rooms were very lovely designed and was cleaned every day. We just loved our blue room, it was very romantic designed. If you want anything else for example scrambled eggs, the hosts offers it too. The location is - Everything of this B& B is superb I really love it. The hosts Carlotta & Francisco are really sweet and they made this B&B in style and charmy. We stayed in the blue room which is spacy ; there's bed room and separated living area with sofa. There's also a walk-in clothes hanger room. The bath room is also nice & convenient. The facilities are nice , they even put some wet tissue paper for us to use. Wifi works well .   "At forty-one" is not a "classic" hotel but 6 luxurious apartments in the forth floor of a nice building just 100m from the metro and within walking distance from everything in Rome. Fantastic customer service; looked after from well before our arrival. Decoration is in accordance to what is published. Highly suggested..... - Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini. The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy. In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

  Excellent location, very convenient commute from/ to airport by bus, or rail, as it's close to Termini hub. The hotel was quite clean and I couldn't imagine what to find a fault with. They also have a prett - We used this hotel for a two day city break prior to a Med cruise from Civitavecchia. The hotel is brilliantly located as it is 2 mins walk from Termini Station where the airport express train terminates and also trains run regularly from Termini to the port. The hotel is also adjacent to the first stop on the hop on hop off bus but also within 20 mins walk of many attractions. The hotel is very modern and smart with very nice bar, restaurant and bedrooms. The staff were excellent throughout th
