The place is a newer conversion of an older building of condominiums. They have done a nice job. The rooms are adequately appointed, with good beds, bedside reading lamps, a desk area with comfortable chair, flat-screen TV, small fridge, wardrobe and safe. The bath is small, but completely adequate and the hot water supply never faltered.

the location is very good close to the main metro station if you want to rent a car or to travel by train the florence , venice or any place outside rome. the colosseum in 5 to 10 minutes walking from the apartment. the shopping street is 5 min away. the staff are friendly and helpful.

The Garibaldi Suites is a charming place. It's very small, with just 4 rooms. It is brand-new and just opened in the fall of 2013. When we had an issue with the mattress being too hard the manager addressed it right away by putting a soft cover on it. The street has hardly any cars which is nice but there is a restaurant right below so you will need to close the windows to sleep.

The B&B is situated very close to 2 metro stations (its about 10 min. walk to Colloseo). Opposite is cafe with free breakfast (delicious coffe and sandwich or croissant).
