Our stay at the Annette B&B was a pleasure. It is located in the
quiet Vaticano Prati neighborhood, which is an easy walk from the main
tourist sites in Rome.
The Innkeeper provided several recommendations about restaurants and shopping in the area, which all worked well.

I had a very pleasant stay at Caligola resort and hereby recommend it to everyone! The location is just great, nearby to Trastevere. It was my husband's and my first trip to Rome.
The location to the Vatican n most of the famous sights in Rome was fantastic. It took us 10 mins to walk to meet our tour guide for the St Peter Bacilica and Sistine Chapel tour. We walked everywhere, as it was .very easy and convenient.

Great location - 10 min. walk from Vatican! Subway and other public transport is nearby. Good for car travellers - it's possible to find a parking place in front of the hotel.
Great variety of breakfast (we were able to choose what we would like). Big and clean room! Nice view from the window. Gabi and all the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
I would definately recommend this hotel!

Me and my bf stayed for 3 days/2 nights from 9-11 march 2013. The
place is within walking distance of termini, but in a good area. The
room we got was big, clean and nice with a small balcony. The bathroom
very clean with toileteries and hair dryer, which was essential as we
got under the rain and came soaking wet. There is a seif and small
frige.

Couldn't have asked for better, we loved every minute of our stay.
The receptionist kasia was more than helpful with all out queries!
Perfect location, situated directly across from the train station so no
lugging baggage around the city. Breakfast every morning set us up or
the day. Rooms cleaned every morning, the place was spotless. Fab
little restaurant outside front door perfect for lunch and dinners. If
we ever return to Rome

Lovely, warm staff- Gabriella, Jasmine and especially, Arianna. Brilliant location, 5 minute walk to Termini and access to rail, metro, trams and Airport shuttle. Great security and excellent Wi-Fi. They went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Loved the
room and the fact that there was an accessible laptop for guests and a
phone in our room. We had a glitch with our cell service and did not
have access to our own phone on the trip so this was very helpful. Room

It is hard to evaluate this place, as there were a few problems with our
stay. We arrived early and left our bags, but were only able to do that
because the cleaning lady was there. When we returned after a long day,
the manager did not answer knocking on his door. I walked over 4 blocks
to find someone who would help me call him -- he answered the phone call
and my rescuer worked out getting me in. He was very nice, but
didn't speak any English - we didn't speak any Italian, so there
were some
