  Now this was a beautiful hotel! From the pre-arrival emails that provided great advise, to the excellent customer service throughout our stay. The room was beautiful (we had room 307). All the fixtures were high end, and the space a very well designed and comfortable. The bed was total luxury! And the shower facility was excellent. The location is conveniently located near the Termini Station, which makes for easy access to all the important sites inside the city, no matter if you chose to walk or to take a bus.   Lisella B&B located in a quite area. Great value for money, clean, shared bathroom not bothering at all, very cosy room, tea, coffee facilities and water, also towels provided. A very helpful owner, a 5 minute walk to metro station, Rome sights and attractions reachable in a short time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, close to the metro yet walking distance to San Giovanni in Laterano. It was an ideal place to stay while in Rome and a wonderfully quiet refuge when we needed a rest from exploring the city.

LiRioni is located on the 4th floor (the highest, there is an elevator) and has a cute little kitchen and dining room on the top - Very nice apartment next to the Colosseum on the fourth floor of the building (there is an elevator). Rooms are new and clean. The apartment has a beautiful terrace on the roof exactly as seen on the pictures. The apartment is located on the small quite street, so there is no noise from the street at night. Wifi is as fast as tornado. The hostess Valentina is very friendly, helpful and guest-oriented. We will definitely stay at Li Rioni B&B on our next visit to Rome.

  The staff were super friendly and helped me out when I needed it. The room was perfect and exactly what I wanted. - It's in a typical old building, which allowed us to experience living in a real Roman home. Staff is friendly.
