The relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Aurora made us feel very welcome and was very helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and had all the facilities we needed. The breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice. The position right by the walls of the city were ideal for us for walking and cycling. -

The hostess Adele goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. They have free bikes for guests which is fantastic for Ferrara. Adele knows the good restuarants too. Suburb food in some hidden places. -
