  Excellent location, very convenient commute from/ to airport by bus, or rail, as it's close to Termini hub. Staff treated us with courtesy and we had a bunch of pleasant micro surprises upon check-in: like free wifi, though initially declared at a charge, free and refillable mini-bar for the whole three days of our stay, etc. However, I don't thin... what people say » k it's a sure thing for absolutely all guests ever. The hotel was quite clean and I couldn't imagine what to find a fault with. They also have a prett - We used this hotel for a two day city break prior to a Med cruise from Civitavecchia. The hotel is brilliantly located as it is 2 mins walk from Termini Station where the airport express train terminates and also trains run regularly from Termini to the port. The hotel is also adjacent to the first stop on the hop on hop off bus but also within 20 mins walk of many attractions.   Helpful staff;there was a mistake and we were taken to a room with two twin beds while we had asked for a double, and when we informed them at the reception they transferred us to another room immediately.   This apartment was fantastic. Great location 1block from Metro station between termini and colosseum, great area with lots of restaurants etc, always happining. Great for day or evening stroll to colosseum and forum sites. The apartment was very comfortable and 'as advertised'. Has ac, cable tv, working wifi(!), full kitchen with dishwasher, fridg... what people say » e, stove, oven, laundry machine (yes!). Absolutely perfect for a family of 4 (master king bed, separate room with 2xtwin). Would also work well for tw - Tip Top Location. 10mins from the rail terminus dragging our cases. Wonderful shop nr the metro station 3mins walk. A nice eatery 56 steps away. The best ice cream in Rome a few footsteps further. 100 meters further you see the colosseum. The only time we used the metro was for the Vatican 1.5 euros away, one change, 20mins. VERY quiet apartment. Handy enough to nip back to for a siesta when we started melting. And upload your facebook pics via free wifi. Just what you need for a city break.
