  Everything was amazing, very clean place, very friendly, we got served a breakfast by a lovely lady she really took good care of us, the street is very nice, you can find anything you want, perfect for young generation because a university is located near the place so you can find young people gathering around every night, singing, playing music..... what people say » etc the place is just 10 mins walking from the main train station Termini, and from there you can reach any place you want. all i can say, when i'm g - If you need to stay 1-2 days and then travel to the airport or by train from Roma Termini, it is a good place. Walking time from the station 20 minutes, but you better print a map how to get there from the station ( this place is outside of free maps which you can get in the tourist office). Our room was small (would be inconvinient to stay there long time), but clean and nicely designed. The person who met us was very friendly, offered us coffee/water/juice when arrived.

  Staff were very friendly, room's are clean and confortable. There are many places (market, bar's and restaurants) around and easy to use public transportation for discovering Rome. - Nice apartment with good facilities and location wise not that bad as it is only 1.4 km from the station.

  The location was very good, just 20 minutes walk from Termini, there were plenty of Nice restaurants in the neighborhood,the room though small had all the essential things.Importantly it was remarkably clean!   This is highly recommended. The whole building is clean and the very entrance has class. The rooms and everything in the complex is so clean and well kept. Santo is a such a nice and lovely host. You feel at home the moment you step in. Everything is taken care of. He will do everything to make you feel at home and will guide you about the attract... what people say » ions and events in Rome. The location is very good as it is close to Termini Metro/Train station, so it is easy to get to the city and also easy when - The room we had was very spacious and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was pretty good - the fresh coffee was the best part. Location was good for sightseeing and for arriving/departing (as walking distance to Metro and Termini Station). Not a great spot for Italian food (expensive) but good for Indian food. Definitely recommended as this is probably the best deal you can get in Rome.
