The staff was really kind and helpful, breakfasts tasty. There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.

  The hotel is very small, it´s really a hostel with 3 rooms in one apartment.We had a turquise room, it was nice, with 4 beds inside. It´s very clean, the staff is nice and care about you, the explain everything.   Alina at Belvedere took very good care of us. She was only there in the mornings but made herself available during that time. A small breakfast was served in our room and she did everything possible to accomodate us. She was very friendly and kind. The room was simple but nice. I liked the colour of the curtains and bed spreads and the decor ... what people say » in general. It had good wi-fi, and good air-conditioning. The bathroom was slightly small but comfortable nonetheless. The building on the outside - The location is excellent, it is just in the front of the main metro station- Termini (the district may seems to be dangerous but in fact it is not). Another adventage of Belvedere Termini is the staff working there. Molto bene! We were served breakfast every morning to our room whenever we wanted to (I mean from 8 a.m.). When we had problems to get somewhere the staff was there to help us. The care, they took of us was absolutely perfect.

  Its clean, starting from the gate, the elevator, the corridor of the guesthouse and the room. It's cozy. It gave us a homey feeling. I didnt meet Victoria as she was in the hospital but her son Leandro accommodated us well. He gave a free map and suggested the best time and routes to visit places. From termini it is not so far and we easily located it. I dont know w - Victoria is very nice owner. Room was clean, bedding also, what is very important to me. Rooms are without breakfast. But you get coffee and tea if you like in the rooms. Location is near station Termini. We had to leave town in 4:30 A.M. So it was quit and safe street to get to station.
