  The staff were extremely helpful and the location was very convenient. This is an excellent budget hotel even though it is located five floors up in a building with several other hotels.   The staff was most courteous and helpful. The hotel was a short walk to Villa Borghese, the principle point for my visit to Rome - Location just outside of main tourist area but surrounded by many restaurants and theatres was excellent. Local transport to all areas was also good. Staff very helpful at all hours.
