Avoid any restaurants near the Piazza, the food is awful and over priced, instead opt for the cafes/restaurants located down the side streets near the hotel - you won't be disappointed. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable. The room had been refurbished 3-4 months ago and was so nice.that goes for the bathroom as well. - Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.
