Everything was very comfortable in this hotel. - Everything about the hotel was superb - location, staff, decor, food.   The location couldn't be better. They helped book everything for the fast lines since we only had a short time in Florence. The room was a suite which they upgraded us on our arrival without asking. It gave a palace feel with the architecture and furnishings and we were made to feel like royalty when we were there. We all felt like we got to sleep in a palace room for the night. Just an amazing night. What a pleasure! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Wouldn't have changed a thing!
