  The receptionists Lorenzo and Daniel are phenomenal! Daniel patiently answered all 100 of our questions. Lorenzo got us an appointment w/a high-end spa and arranged for a cab. When my flight changed, Lorenzo was so kind to call the airline for me, and my issue was resolved. Their service was superb! Hair dryer is decent. Rooms are very secure and you feel at home in them. We didn't have the breakfast as we enjoyed exploring each morning. The men at the front desk were always polite and willing to help. Would definitely stay here again!

  Situated in a beautifull area of Rome hotel staff were very helpfull for all our queries our room was on the top floor it was a lovely room ,never heard any noises from out side.
