The apartment was very nice designed, Paolo the owner was very nice and helpful.I loved our room with the balcony.Breakfast was simple but quite enough.Internet worked wonderful, room was very close to Ponte Lungo metro and there are shops just around the corner to buy fruit or whatever you need.We ate twice at Ristorante Buono around the corner and once at the Osteria also around the corner,both very good food and service.Very easy to go and come back with Metro so close.I truly recommend to s

We come early in the morning to St. John's Terrace. There was a early and familary welcome from Giorgio, the manager. He offered us breakfast on the sweet terrasse and gave us useful tips for sightseeing and show us everything important in a little map which was for us. The room was like in the pictures. Nice design and very clean. The location of St. John's Terrace is also great. Nearly to the Metro you can reach all the nice places. A walk to the Colosseum takes 15 min. Breakfast was good and

We were positively surprised when we saw our room, it was much bigger than any ordinary three/four stars hotel, everything was clean, nicely designed. We arrived late and the owners were fine for us to check in late. They
were both very friendly and gave us lots of info and the best ways to
get around. The hotel is walking distance from the colosseum and roman
forum and is also right next to Saint Giovanni metro for people who
would prefer not to walk. On the day we left we were allowed to keep
our keys until 3 so that we could leave our bags in the room. Breakfast

Friendly staff. Extremely good room and location for the price (35 eur in Rome in July!). Bus stop was right outside of the door and metro stop like 3 min away. Breakfast was good; had croissants, müsli, youghurt, bread, cheese, ham etc.
