  The B & B was a 10 minute walk from the Tiburtina train station. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. The price was perfect, and they included breakfast.   Our rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Coffee and juice and pastry was served, for a simple breakfast. Neighborhood is very nice and a short walk to the train station. Room is so good for this money, its big and all from natural wood. On floor 4 or 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms, it is so comfortable too. Location is so good: nearly railway station, 20 minutes walk to Coliseum.

  The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was very good - close enough to walk to the Spanish Steps and about 15 minutes to the Barberini subway station. The meal was the best - The Location was excellent for getting to the heart of Rome and a short walk to the rail station or bus system, or taxis. There were things to see and do as well as affordable eating places nearby. The breakfast was wonderful compared to what other hotels offered for breakfast. But the hotel staff was simply outstanding. I would definitely look forward to staying there the next time I visit Rome.
