  + Excellent location, close to city centre. + Apartment easy to find, near the main street (via Cavour). + Helpfull, nice & friendly staff. Many thanks for the breakfast in early morning :) + Very clean. We'd got our towels & bedclothes change one time during 5-days stay. + Bathroom wasn't small (as other opinions suggested), but big enoug... what people say » h very comfortable. + Teapot & tea & jam & nuttela & crackers in the apartment. + Nice Piazza (square) near the apartment where you co - Nice B and B. Helpful staff and a pleasant breakfast. Pricing was good for the days we were there and not too far from the Metro which is one stop from the Terminal, so you can get to the major sites in Rome. Very close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Several nice restaurants close by as well as take away food. Would definitely stay there again.

  The staff was great! Location couldn't be beat, close to Repubblica and Termini. There's a computer in the lobby for your use. Good breakfast provided. Hot water in the room, heat/air con also. I'd gladly stay there again. - Hotel staff was excellent. They answered all our questions about transportation which was very helpful being in another ... what people say » country and not knowing how to use the buses and trains.

  It is as elegant as the landlord lady. Well docorated and comfortable room. Good service, good breakfast. Good location, close to the railway station, and most sight seeing places. - Alba was gracious and very helpful. The waitor was excellent and also very helpful.

  Very helpful friendly staff. Ideal location to find and to see sights from. Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi). Don't expect to see a grand entrance or large sign... what people say » age though - as it is basically 1 floor of an apartment block Residenza Ki has a small sign next to a modest green door but it is not hard to find.
