  The staff was great, the wifi worked really well, the location was excellent for walking to Roma Termini, Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain etc. There's also a close metro stop or Roma Termini if you want to metro to Vatican City. Customer service is excellent, our keys ready when we arrived & no waiting time.

  The staff was great! Location couldn't be beat, close to Repubblica and Termini. There's a computer in the lobby for your use. Good breakfast provided. Hot water in the room, heat/air con also.   It is as elegant as the landlord lady. Well docorated and comfortable room. Good service, good breakfast. Good location, close to the railway station, and most sight seeing places. - Alba was gracious and very helpful. The waitor was excellent and also very helpful.

Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi).   Location was fabulous and they made me feel like I was home. Very comfortable and friendly. - as already said by others, the location is excellent. and in no particular order: The bed was very comfortable; the staff was welcoming and helpful; coffee was tasty; and even the weather cooperated. we'd stay at Eva's again any time.
