  Catia was there to greet us and looked after us on a very personable level. The hotel was amazing. For us it had the best view in Rome. It was like being inside the Colesseum we were so close. If we went back we wouldn't hesitate to book and we would book out travel times on this hotels availability because we really don't think that any other hot... what people say » el offers what they do. I am also a really fussy traveller and I'm never satisfied with anything due to having a life in the top hotels due to work. S - Well... we had the view- so there wasn't much more to focus on! It was so easy to find from the metro and the um huge site right outside the doors. This hotel is above a restaurant with the same name. We got a key to enter through the side whenever we wanted. We were on the third floor (they'd say second in Italy) with stairs, but it was no problem for us. The room was huge and I could have held a party in that bathroom. The shower was amazing. The a/c was one of the strongest in my experience.

Helpful staff and a pleasant breakfast. Pricing was good for the days we were there and not too far from the Metro which is one stop from the Terminal, so you can get to the major sites in Rome. Very close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Several nice restaurants close by as well as take away food. Would definitely stay there again.

  The staff was great! Location couldn't be beat, close to Repubblica and Termini. There's a computer in the lobby for your use. Good breakfast provided. Hot water in the room, heat/air con also. Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi). Don't expect to see a grand entrance or large sign... what people say » age though - as it is basically 1 floor of an apartment block Residenza Ki has a small sign next to a modest green door but it is not hard to find.
