  Everything was perfect!!! The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and just enough space for you to sleep and keep your luggage. You don't go to Rome to sit in the room. Next time I go to Rome I will definitely stay there again.   We were highly satisfied with the service of Aelius B&B. The first thing you should keep in mind is that it is not a regular hotel where everyone will be at service 24/7. But if you are looking for a cozy, yet renovated room at a very affordable price at the heart of Rome (it is so close to Termini and Repubblica and next to Piazza delle Finan... what people say » ze) and a small breakfast to keep you going for your day in Rome, Aelius is definitely the place. You have a free laptop, connected to internet at you - The staff was excellent, super-friendly. Many thanks to Paulo for making sure our stay was pleasant. We enjoyed the breakfast which included coffee, hot chocolate, juice, marmelades, toast, yogurts in several flavors, cereal, croissants, cake... And I am sure I am missing some stuff. The location is very close to the Termini station, about 5-7 minutes of walking.

  The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Our Italian is poor and their English is great. The room is smallish but adequate. Shower was tiny but typical for Europe and worked well. Refrigerator in room, safe in closet, modern and clean furnishings and bath.   "At forty-one" is not a "classic" hotel but 6 luxurious apartments in the forth floor of a nice building just 100m from the metro and within walking distance from everything in Rome. Fantastic customer service; looked after from well before our arrival. Decoration is in accordance to what is published. Highly suggested..... - Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini. The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy. In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

We picked this hotel originally for the price, we were more than pleased on arrival of the quality the hotel and location. The reception staff all spoke English which made our stay a lot easier. Even though there were one or two things I wasn't crazy about the location is good and it has a great little restaurant on one side and a market on the other. Walking distance to Termini Station, the metro stops, and to Coliseum. Desk staff was very helpful via emails before our arrival and during the stay.

Very clean , friendly welcome, Breakfast quite basic but fresh pastries and coffee set out which you collect and eat in your room. very good location for a base point, Shops, Mini s/market, Laundrette and resturants all on the door step.   Comfortable rooms and warm treatment from the staff. Massimo and wife were really accomodating to my wife and kids while I was away for two days out of Rome. Location is great and walking distance to train station.
