The staff was very friendly and helpful - at the desk 24 hrs a day. The location was excellent. We walked everywhere and saw all of the main Florence sites. There were great restaurants and shopping nearby.

Central location. We could walk to all the sites. Apartment was large and well equipped. It was a relatively easy walk from the station with luggage. Office for check-in was between station and apartment so easy to access. - Good location, the design of the appartment is interesting, all equipment is modern.

The location of the hotel is perfect, within a walking distance to all sights. There were many cafés and restaurants right at the corner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being south of the Arno, the prices of food, goods , etc seemed slightly lower. The staff could not have been any nicer, wormer, more friendly. Really strove to make our stay as enjoyable as possible! - The staff, the room, the location - everything about it. it's my new favorite place in Florence.

We were very welcome by the whole staff, mainly by Gina, the owner. They were kind in managing to give us a calm room, exactly as we had asked in the site. Modern decoration, silent air-conditioning, comfortable bed, convinent location and delicious breakfast. During our stay, my boyfriend celebrated his b-day. The location was amazing,u won't get lost, very close to main train station and a plaza,staff was excellent,we found out we booked the wrong date,and we went there in the morning in the same day,the staff offered to change the date for us and just added extra charge for the weekend,she allowed us to check in even tho we didn't stay there that day.

The best thing I like was location very close to city centre and bus, railway station.
Staff lady at desk was very helpful. Breakfast was in nearby restaurant and was ok even though not filling.
Family room is spacious.WiFi was working well at all times.
