  We stayed here for my 40th birthday and really enjoyed the luxury of the hotel and its facilities. We were upgraded to a suite which was an additional treat. The staff were helpful and the buffet breakfasts were wonderful. The hotel is situated just along from the Ponte Vecchio so was perfectly located. We found everyone friendly and efficient.... what people say » Room service was quick and the coffee excellent. - The room here was the best of the any of the 5 hotels we stayed at in europe. The bathrooms were new and spacious as was the room itself. The staff went out of their way to recommend and make reserrvations at local restaurants and assisted with luggage.   We passed through Florence for three nights during our honeymoon and had a wonderful stay at Emozioni. Everyday we were left a treat reminding us we were on our honeymoon. From the second I walked in with my many bags...Caesar walked them all up for me (husband was in the car outside). Also! We found out upon check out that we got an 80 euro fine ... what people say » for driving our car into the piazza (because I hadnt read ceasar's warning email prior to check in) and ceasar got the fine canceled, unbenounced to u - This B&B is really central, but quiet. It is less than a five minute walk to the Duomo in one direction and Ponte Vecchio in another. All major places of interest are within very easy walking distance, as is the station. Allesandro and Cesare were very helpful and friendly, they were also happy to book restaurants for us. When we checked in we were given a map and suggestions of restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable and there was a well stocked hospitality tray which was most
