Giorgio was great all the time and very friendly, the bathroom and room
was very clean and very nice decorated and the heat worked perfect. We
had some trouble with the internet (problems of the internet service
company, not of the hotel) and Giorgio solved it the next day. The

Very clean. Giorgio was kind and professional despite my flight being delayed until past the normal check-in time. He speaks excellent English. Lots to do nearby, including restaurants and sightseeing. Fast wi-fi. (Just to be clear, this is not so much a hotel as an apartment rental, so don't expect lobby, etc. you would expect from a hotel.)

We've being last year in Rome and stayed around the corner in a similar B&B
This one is an "A Plus" one.
Nice, clean, charm.
Rates are more than reasonable.
Excellent location.

We had a rent car, and was fortunate to get a space just in a little alley right in front of the entrance.
Trastevere neighbourhood is great, icecream shops, and ristorante and trattorias just around the corner.
In walking distance to all major "must see" tourist attractions.
For italian standard, the breakfast is very good.
Our 3 person room was very spacious, but the furniture and bathroom is some what dated and worn. All in all very good value for money.
