  I learned of this hotel from friends who had stayed at the Margutta 54 property (run by the same people) and I must say my experience exceeded my expectations. The location can't be beat; around the corner from the Spanish Steps and in walking distance to most major sites. We travel to Rome often and this is by far the most exquisite small hotel we've ever found. What a gem!

  The Madison Hotel is a good hotel, we got a shuttle bus from the airport to Termini station 11 Euro return, the hotel is 100 yards just across the road straight ahead of you. The staff could not do enough for you and are great tour guides.
