  In general a very good place: Located right next to a canal in Cannaregio, you are at Rialto Bridge and St Marco's in a few minues. It's a rather small place with only a few rooms, so the atmosphere is very cosy. Our rooms were nice and clean, the bathroom new and we had to share it only with one other room. Nice big comfey bed and almost had a canal view! Very quiet and well located to walk everywhere. The kitchen was small but still got all the facilities to make yummy dinner!

  Staff is very nice, friendly, eager to help and go extra step-and-mile. They are all fluent in English Whenever I would stop at the lobby and ask for a cup of coffee or tea they never said "no". The room was awsome - looked like a converted one-bedroom with big sitting area, huge bedroom, big bathroom with a bath-tub I am still wondering wheth... what people say » er I ended up in the "suite" instead of my reserved "standard" room :) It even had a kitchenette Second floor with a balcony facing a narrow canal - w - The location is good. Take waterbus line 1 (towards Lido) or line 2 (towards S Marco) and get off at Accademia. Cross the bridge n pass the museum you will find a little bridge next to a cafe. You will see the signboard of Casa Arte.
