  Nice knowledgeable and friendly staff( Russian, English, Italian), great location( we lived in the same building with Prada and Caffe Greco), nice clean room, cozy Italian bar for breakfast. Note: for a tourist who prefer the anonymity of a big hotel this is not a solution. Roma 55 is a small family business with five - We liked everything about this cosy and home away from home hotel. The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing - a 1 minute walk to Spanish steps. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area, a food store is 5 min walk. The owning couple of the hotel (Natalya and her husband) were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgebable and also nice partners in conversation.I was met by Natalya- a very friendly lady who gave an informative introduction to the city of Rome. The apartment was clean, had wi-fi, a kitchen with plenty of utencils to cook if you wanted to. The bathroom was quite modern, the beds were very confortable.   We loved everything about Inn Spagna Charming House in Rome, Italy. Especially the staff, cleanliness and location. Everyone was friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The whole complex was clean and the location was better than we could have hoped for with restaurants on each block. We always felt safe.
