  This is a perfect place to stay for your trip to Rome. The location is perfect - 3 mins to the Forum, 15 mins walking from Termini railway staitaion, etc.. We used the metro just once, to get to Vatican. It is a nice, small family owned place. There are just 4 rooms there. The design of the rooms is perfect: very functional, there's everything yo... what people say » u need, it's nice and cosy, and you feels that everything is almost brand-new, including bathroom facilities. The breakfast was nice. The owner is ver - This little place is gorgeous, well located in a quiet little street near via Cavour with an excellent restaurant across the street. I was met by a gorgeous man, Leone, who despite my late arrival was really nice. The only criticism was that the promised breakfast was really bad, so don't depend on it. The area is well serviced by other bars etc, so eat breakfast out. Just make sure you avoid Gran Caffe Cavour, in via Cavour, as a coffee there will set you back more than 6.60euro!!!!

  There was a mix up on our arrival (the manager did not realise we were arriving in the morning) so initially we had to wait for an hour for him to arrive. However, once he did arrive, he was lovely and very friendly. The apartment we stayed in was down the road from the main Bollo b - Great location - once you learn the trains (46, 62, 64, 116t, 571, 916 to the second Corso Vittorio Emanuele stop will drop you off just around the corner from the apt), otherwise it is a pretty long walk from the train and metro. Everything was pretty much what I expected and they were pretty accomodating as long as you give notice (E.T.A., luggage hold, etc). Decent sized room - more than expected for Europe. Average beds.   The staff was very hospitable and friendly. We traveled with three small kids who tend not to be very quite at times and the staff took it all in stride. We had requested a roll away bed before we arrived only to find a pack and play in our room, we didn't say anything because or daughter just slept on the couch the first night but upon our arriv... what people say » al back to our room the second day they had replaced the pack and play with the roll away with out is even asking. - We stayed for 4 nights in a suite, which was quite comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed having a kitchen and that the living room was big enough for our kid to play. The breakfast is quite adequate, we also enjoyed having a pool. The location is good with big garden very close and the tram station right at the entrance to the residence.

  Location was by far the best thing. The suggestions on how best to visit and tour Rome on foot from the non-24hr reception staff rep was fantastic. Bed was clean. Chauffeur Roberto from airport direct to Guest House was amazing. Great service and would come back just for that alone, taking the pressure of finding and traveling to Rome. Phone/fax/internet shop one block away was super con - + Perfect location for exploring Rome. Right next to the guest-house is the Roman Forum, several great basilicas, Colosseo is 5 minutes walk away, etc. etc. + The rooms are spacious and very well-furnished. The quality you'd expect to find in a 3-4 star hotel rather than in a guest-house. + There is a kitchen with a stove & fridge. Really nice :) Coffee-machine makes nice coffee and hot chocolate 50c a cup (as of September 2013). + The staff was super-friendly and really helpful.

  The room and toilet are clean, just exactly what we need on our stay. The apartment building is in the middle of the local area in Rome and centrally located to all the tourist attractions.   We had a wonderful stay. The limo service offered picked us up at the airport and drove us back at the end of our stay (all Iin time). Furthermore everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance! Staff is very helpful. We arrived early, and could leave the luggage. We did not hear the sounds of the traffic. All sorts of things were prese - Seeing the hotel from outside might be a bit shocking but u can easily get used to it. The manager of the hotel came down personally to great us. He showed us around the room and gave us a local map explaining the whereabouts. The room was very clean, spacious. With all the extras: Fridge, cooker, nespresso machine, TV, hairdryer. All the cutleries . Very close walking distance to the Vatican and only 5 to 10mins by taxi to Colloseo.
