Very accommodating staff, made us feel right at home. They really went above and beyond what was expected. We booked two bedroom's suite on top floor with living room and kitchen, and bathroom with separate shower. Perfect location, right by the Uffizi museum. The Duomo is just less then 10 minutes away on foot, amongst other popular museums and local sights. Set in a beautiful square, where you can get a beautiful view of the city hall tower from the apartment. The shopping belt surrounds the apartment, together with many wonderful restaurants. Never met more friendly and helpful staff anywhere like the ones in this hotel. They really made everything so perfect. Everything was very comfortable in this hotel. - Everything about the hotel was superb - location, staff, decor, food.
