Pleasant staff. The room was clean and reasonably large. The air conditioning worked well, which was important due to the weather at the time of my visit! Well situated for business visit to university. And, in my opinion, I received excellent value. -

The staff, especially the morning Receptionist, was very helpful and accommodating. It is one block away from lepanto metro station and 10 mins away from Vatican by feet,really good location,and lepanto district looked much safer to us than termini district. The B&B location is easy to find and only a short walk from Ottoviano metro station (Line A).
Georgio was very polite and helpful with places to visit, walking routes, and restaurants.
Most landmarks are an easy walking distance (within 5-15 mins) and restaurants are on the same street.
The room was a good size, clean, and more than adequate if you are only using your room as somewhere to sleep and freshen up.
I would stay here again.
