  The location is perfect! The room was big, even though we did not have a bathroom in the room, we had to go trought corridor, it really didn't bothered. Great guest house. - Incredible room,fantastic city location,excellent staff,unbelievable value for money,best guest house we have ever stayed in.Highly recommended.

  We stayed 6 nights in the summer. The location is simply perfect. The rooms are great as well - spacious, clean and with good facilities (water cooker for example). I'd advise to pay for the airco in the summer to close the windows to prevent noise from outside. The breakfast is also very nice; outside of the B&B in a typical Florentine bakery... what people say » . Such a treat to have an espresso in a location like that. The owner is always willing to help and was very friendly. I would recommend Sani Tourist - We ended up in a small suite in another building which had a complete kitchen. The location is great; in the 'Dante' area of Florence. The person in charge of the hotel - Raymond - speaks English and is very helpful (he was born around the corner from the hotel). Keep in mind that Florence in June is packed with tourists and that Florence is an expensive city compared to other Tuscan cities. Cimatori Bed and Breakfast is located in a 600-year old building right in the middle of Florence's historic center that's easy walking distance to nearly all of the major sites in the area. We were traveling with a party of four and Cimatori offers a room with two queen beds, which saved us the cost of a second room. Breakfast was - The location was great, close to everything and safe for a solo female traveller. It was very clean and comfortable and the windows were effective at shutting out the bustle of tourists when needed but even then the noise was not at antisocial hours or unpleasant so no problems. Dominico and Valeria were very helpful and friendly, they helped me get tickets for the art galleries and made me lovely tea and coffee every morning and were able to answer any questions I had.
