  Large and very confortable rooms. The hotel is a 3 star but very classy. Very new condition, beautiful decoration and so cosy. Very good "italian" breakfast, friendly and helpfull staff and great location, a little far from the croud, but walking distance to main sight. - The hotel was very quiet, comfortable and relaxed, tucked away on acorner but... what people say » it could not have been any more convenient for all theplaces of interest. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel tofriends and family.

  The accommodation is modest but is very authentic Venezian, being situated right in the middle of the island. It is minutes from the Grand Canal and the Rialto bridge. At night it is very quiet inside and out. The breakfasts are very nice with cold ham, cheese, assorted packaged buns, bread or toast, yogurt, fruit juice, a bowl of fresh fruit, cof... what people say » fee made to order and a fresh-from-the-bakery warmed sweet croissant. The room was cleaned every day. Eugenia and Samuela made us feel very welcome an - This was such a nice little place. With only 5 rooms you received individual attention. Although the staff are not on site all day, they were still available to help with everything. Just minutes from all the best sights and the water. Windows opened to the coblestone streets below which allowed for a fun view. They sent me a personal email before I arrived to assure I took the right water taxi and knew exactly how to get there. Loved, loved, loved this place. Perfect for a couple.

Staff was very pleasant and responsive - they were in touch with us over e-mail to confirm exact arrival time and gave tips on e.g. public transport.
