This B and B was the best we stayed in for out 2 1/2 week trip through Italy. Family owned and run, they were all so very sweet and helpful. The room was the biggest and most clean out of every B and B AND hotel, not to mention the cheapest! Easy to get to from the train station and close to all sight-seeing! Internet and DVD's to borrow to boot!

There was big room and wonderful breakfast for separate price (we could hardly eat everything). Personnel was very pleasant and responsive. The staff was amazing-we stayed one night to kick off our honeymoon and were greeted with champagne and chocolate! The apartment itself was very cute and spacious. Large and comfortable king bed, nice bathroom, and full working kitchen. Again, the staff was fest when leaving, called a cab for us and made everything very easy! Will come back!

Very accommodating and friendly owners - nothing too much trouble.

The building is quite safe given the area around the Termini station and quite easy to find. The rooms are well equipped with aircon, TV, amenities. The check-in was smooth and the personnel was eager to answer our questions. They also have a coffee machine in the common area and a nice terrace. -

We stayed in iRooms for three nights. Great location, very comfortable bed, very relaxing, big jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was downstairs in the next door restaurant – lovely traditional Italian breakfast but there is a choice of British, American etc for extra 5Euros. We appreciated very much Zaiga, who was looking after us during our stay. She was extremely helpful with all our requests.
We enjoyed our stay so next time in Rome - definitely iRooms.

The location was excellent. It is a quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation with air con and a small refrigerator in in the room. Situated on the first floor of a block of apartments with a lot of small family run restaurants a few paces in each direction. A few minutes walk frm the main bus routes. Very nice location for shopping in the heart of the center of Rome, near at Spagna and Popolo. It was clean, and the staff was very friendly.
Near at metro station of Spagna, so you can directly come from Termini station.
