All the staff were suberb; they spoke good english, they smiled and they could not have been more helpful. Excellent location and standard of room - delightful quiet part of Venice, very helpful staff - Umberto met us at the vaporetto stop and helped us get our bags to the hotel. The room was gorgeous with beautiful canopied bed and large bathroom all just completed.

I always think when you see peoples remarks you still take a risk with hotels, but i have to say all the comments were spot on, fantastic hotel, absolutely lovely rooms, clean, new and stylish in every way, ok we had a bit of a job to find but that was our own doing.... only a walk to st marks so great location and the hotel back entrance is right
