We spent only one night in Venezia. It was raining all day. But because of this Nice hotel, we felt very cozy, pleasant atmosphere. In addition wanted to stay there a few more days. The location was excellent as expected however the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful...this was somewhat surprising after reading some poor reviews but very very welcome. - The Hotel was easily accessible from the Waterbus stop and near restaurants and bars. This is my second visit to the wonderful hotel and it will not be my last! The location is amazing, only 1 bridge to cross with your suit case from the water stop, situated minutes from San Marco and the Grand Canal. As a solo traveller I walked back to the hotel well after midnight, to a warm and welcoming reception. Nothing is too much trouble

The staff were just brilliant, welcoming, friendly, helpful and they even kept their cool when our 5 year old spilt her yoghurt over their beautiful carpet at breakfast. The room was top class and very comfortable for a family of 4. The motel is in a top spot so close to all the action. P.S don't be put off by the alleyway entrance. We were initally concerned it was going to be a dinghy place but we were pleasantly surprised.
