  I booked a single room without bathroom so you can imagine my surprise when I was offered an appartment instead! It was big, quiet, and fully equiped. Rooms in 4 star hotels aren't even half as good! The guy at the reception was unbelievably friendly, he helped me with the luggage, printing a plane ticket and even exchanged me a few british pounds... what people say » without asking for a fee. Definetely go there! - The location of the hotel gives you immediate access to Florence's most beautiful sites. The staff could not be nicer. Professional, competent, caring, helpful. The entire staff went out of their way to make our stay in Florence a very special experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable and homey. I strongly recommend Hotel Bellettini to anyone who has plans to be in Florence. Delightful.

  proximity to Termini and to the city center - Varsavia Hotyel was full and they moved us to Hotel Nizza ( very close).At the rate of the room we had I consider the hotel excellent: nice room, comfortable ( noise etc), hotel very central.
