  The girls and I loved the apartment we stayed in at the residence two. It was very convenient to have in room breakfast as we were affected by jet lag. The staff was always friendly and helpful in any interaction we had (reception, room service, spa, snack bar, restaurant...). The grounds of the hotels are amazing, we truly enjoyed the secluded ... what people say » atmosphere of the park, the natural lakes with mineral water. Our skin was wonderful after the stay. I also had a facial at the SPA end enjoyed the ex - We liked the long walks in the beautiful botanical garden with the Thermal Lake and Spa. Everybody has been very friendly and helpful. We liked our personal Training with Andrea Brunelli for fitness.

  Totally enjoyed the peace and quiet and relaxed atmosphere at the hotel. The facilities were wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful. And please pass on a big thank you to Francesca for helping us accommodate our change in booking at such short notice. And also to Monia who was such a friendly and helpful waitress.
